Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO)

Services Performed: Asphalt Milling, Asphalt Overlay, Striping

We recently had the privilege of working with the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO) to revitalize their parking lot. The project involved an asphalt mill and overlay followed by re-striping. One of the primary challenges addressed was the amount of water flow in the parking lot, which we successfully rectified.

Working within budget we were able to not only enhance the appearance of the parking lot but also improve its functionality and safety.

Campus Crusade

Services Performed: Sidewalk Replacement, Curb Replacement, Catch Basin Collar Replacements, Milling, Paving 4500 Tons, Layout Striping

After 20+ years, Campus Crusade's parking surface was showing significant signs of wear and tear. The property owner contacted DMI Paving & Sealcoating hoping for some simple asphalt patching followed up by a fresh coat of sealcoat.

After discussing budget and the overall breadth of repair needed, it was agreed that completely replacing the 20+ year-old asphalt was the best decision. Together, our team worked with the property owner to come up with a number that worked for both parties, and a timeline that would ensure they didn't miss a beat.

The paving project was completed in under 30 days and our team will be returning later this year to follow-up with a fresh coat of sealcoat. We look forward to working with Campus Crusade for years to come!

Elmhurst Village

One of several properties managed by our large property management client, Elmhurst Village had begun to show deterioration down the road centerline due to heavy water erosion.

Our team evaluated the property and then completed extensive asphalt repairs. Finally, we sealcoated and re-striped the community.

Viera Market Place

For the last five years we have removed and replaced large sections of the parking lot in this upscale boutique shopping and entertainment destination.

The planning and coordination must always be precise so as to not interfere with the guests shopping experience. The general manager of the Viera Marketplace expects and demands complete attention to detail, punctuality and communication. Mirabella Condos

DMI Paving & Sealcoating was contacted by the Mirabella property manager after another paving company had re-paved the community. Unfortunately, that paving company took several shortcuts which led to flooding and significant property damage.

We sent in our paving crew to remedy the flooding issues, then sealcoated and re-striped the entire community to create a seamless aesthetic.

Mirabella was thrilled with the final results.

Radisson

The general manager of this hotel contacted us for an opinion about what could be done to repair their severely deteriorated parking lot.

Our estimator surveyed the property and discussed the various solutions with the general manager. It was agreed upon that full asphalt replacement was necessary due to how poor the existing conditions were.

Within 3 weeks, the hotel had a beautiful new parking lot that will last for years to come.
