1. Free Estimate: Schedule your free estimate with us by filling out the form below or calling us today.
2. Parking Lot Assessment: A professional estimator will visit your location and give you a quote and a proposal for your project.
3. Schedule Your Appointment: We’ll set a time and date that works for you.
4. Prepare Your Parking Lot: Before the day of service, your parking lot should be cleared of all cars, trash, and other materials.
5. Inspection: Our professionals will inspect your lot and prepare the site for concrete installation.
6. Removal of Existing Elements: Our team will break up and excavate old concrete or asphalt for removal. The site will be cleared of all organic materials such as trees, grass, weeds, roots, or other matter.
7. Sub-base and Forms: Once the site is clear, we’ll prepare a sub-base layer and set up concrete forms around the site's perimeter to provide the proper slope and grade for drainage.
8. Pour Concrete: We’ll pour our concrete mix and use tools to smooth and level the surface. Depending on your desired finish, we utilize trowels and brooms to create a textured finish on the surface.
9. Curing Process: The concrete is then set and sealed for curing, which can take a total of 28 days. We recommend leaving the concrete alone for at least a week as it hardens.
