The client contacted us with a multi-faceted project that required a combination of services to restore and upgrade their parking lot and surrounding areas. The project scope involved several critical tasks, including pothole patching, curbing, sealcoating, striping, and carstop replacements. The client sought a quick, efficient solution to improve the appearance and functionality of their parking area.

The project was completed within a tight 5-day window, with careful planning to ensure minimal disruption to the client's daily operations. Each task was strategically scheduled to maximize efficiency while maintaining a high standard of quality.
The first day was dedicated to addressing surface issues. Our team worked on patching several potholes in the parking lot to ensure a smooth, safe driving surface. In addition to pothole repairs, we also took care of any curbing issues that were necessary to improve both the aesthetics and functionality of the parking lot.
The sealcoating process was done in two phases over the weekend to minimize downtime for the client. Our team meticulously applied sealant to 158,000 square feet of asphalt, covering both the parking lots and the connecting road. This essential step not only rejuvenated the appearance of the lot but also provided long-lasting protection against weather and wear.
On the final day, we completed the final touches, focusing on the striping of both the parking lot and the concrete dock. Our team ensured that the lines were clear, accurate, and visible, creating an organized and safe parking environment. We also replaced 30 carstops that had become worn or damaged, improving the overall functionality and safety of the lot.
The project was completed on time, and the results were remarkable. The parking lot underwent a significant transformation, with a smooth, sealed surface, updated striping, and new carstops. The improvements not only enhanced the appearance of the lot but also contributed to the safety and efficiency of the space. Gateway Lakes entrusted us with the task of enhancing the parking facilities at multiple of their properties. Our team delivered a comprehensive suite of services including curbing, 300+ new car stops, mill and pave, sidewalks, speed bumps, and striping. With precision and expertise, we transformed the parking lot, ensuring optimal functionality and safety for tenants and visitors.
DMI Paving & Sealcoating was contracted by America Electronics to perform an asphalt overlay repair at their property, which consists of three large sections of asphalt. Prior to the repair, the existing asphalt surfaces were severely deteriorated, despite having a solid foundation. The new asphalt overlay improved the appearance of the property and served as a cost effective method of rehabilitating the existing surfaces, by avoiding the additional cost of removing the old asphalt.
DMI Paving & Sealcoating was contracted by Elan Gateway Apartments to complete a sealcoating application throughout the entire community. Our production team created a strategic mobilization plan to lessen the inconvenience a community-wide project might typically cause. After completion of this sealcoating project, the property experienced increased protection of their asphalt surfaces, as well as boosted curb appeal to help attract and retain residents.
DMI Paving & Sealcoating was contracted by Gemaire to perform an asphalt overlay repair at their Tampa facility. In addition to overlaying their existing asphalt, we also constructed a brand new addition to their parking lot. This new addition was designed specifically to be a paved area where the customer could place equipment. After the project was completed, Gemaire praised not only the quality of the paving services, but also our ability to perform those services during hours that mitigated disruptions to their business.
DMI Paving & Sealcoating was contracted by Promenade at Tampa Palms to complete a sealcoating application. The goal of this project was to help maintain the integrity and extend the lifespan of the asphalt surfaces on their property. The fresh sealcoating also served to beautify the property and increase curb appeal.
