Our proprietary sealcoat material, STAYCOAT JC-7, is a coal tar-based emulsion that has been developed specifically for our use. We also utilize a heavy-duty high-end sealer called Polytar by Gemseal. This material has been lab-formulated with the latest technology to deliver a highly durable, wear-reducing, and long-lasting solution. All of our sealers have been enhanced with silica sand (at no extra cost) since 1972.
